Food is an essential part of our culture. In fact, many great ideas and deals are formed over a good meal. Most meals also come with a robust glass of wine. Food and wine go great together. There are people who go to school to learn how to pair the right foods and wines together in order to achieve culinary masterpieces. I am just starting to enjoy wine; however, I am trying to push my culinary knowledge into the wine arena. Therefore, I am going to attempt to pair different wines with different foods. There will be five timeless pairings that will be good for wine virgins. There will also be five wine pairings that could be viewed as daring. There is even wines that you can drink with Doritos and Twinkies.

Buy fresh meats like lean beef, stewing meats, boneless steak or roast, boneless stewing lamb, shank, slow cooked leg of lamb on the bone or butt. For poultry, buy boneless, skinless chicken breast, fillet, or thigh.

You can start preparing your Chipotle chicken recipes by removing the seeds of soaked dried ancho chiles. Slow cookers have come into their own in recent years and developing a knack for how to use them only comes, for most, with trial, error and time. I've had my slow cooker for upwards of two years now and as a family that regularly feeds six (plus friends and relatives) it has been a blessing and a learning curve rolled into one. To help you with your learning curve, I hope you enjoy the read as I share with you my top tips to help you use your slow cooker.

Tinned, frozen, juice not from concentrate and dried fruit and vegetables all contribute towards the 5 a day target. However, it is advised that you try to eat a 'rainbow' of colours when it comes to your 5 a day. And don't fear the Chateau is happy to have you, provided you don't set anything on fire and you are kind to Pierre. The cuisine is continental and you'll find appetizers hovering around $15, entrees are $25 and above. Wines start around $10 spaghetti bolognese bowls cocktails vary widely in price. Making pulled pork for barbecue sandwiches is not a complicated task. Anyone can do it with the proper equipment, the proper ingredients, and a little bit of barbecue pit-master know-how. First, the equipment.

With Chef Sujon in charge, I'm not surprised. He's just SO much of a perfectionist, I'm sure all Taj Bengal restaurants churn out amazing food now.
